History Timeline

1910: First service held by a travelling preacher in the Mcllvride home

1912: Church services held in new school with services provided in the winter by George Swallow.

1914: Ladies Aid Society formed, ran different fundraising events for the church building fund (chicken suppers every fall) and for the Red Cross and various 'patriotic work'

1938 - 1939: Church was built with no debt.

1949: Nearby, a Playground space was built.
